REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Audibrite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted and processed.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable or digital content

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened or used personal audio/video items (unless defective)

 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  2. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.

  3. Inspection and Approval
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your return.

 

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • In the case of bundled offers or free items with a purchase, partial refunds may be applied accordingly.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at refundsandreturns@audibrite.com 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 3-10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—processing time can vary.
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Insert Email Address].

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll provide a resolution as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or full refund.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. Please email us on orders@audibrite.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it, there is no guarantee of order cancellation post 24 hours of placing the order.
